Hi, I’m Jennifer Valenzuela, founder of Soapinessence & SWAGGA For Men. I’ve always had sensitive, acne-prone skin, and for years, no matter what I tried, nothing seemed to help. Most products only made things worse, and I grew frustrated and nervous about trying anything new.
When I began sharing my struggles, I discovered I wasn’t alone. Many people were battling skin issues—acne, dryness, sensitivity, irritation—and they all wanted the same thing I did; products that actually worked without harmful chemicals.
That realization led me to research skincare ingredients. I learned how much of what we put on our skin is absorbed into our bodies, and how many mass-produced products contain toxins that can contribute to irritation or worse. I threw away the products I couldn’t trust and started formulating my own with pure, natural ingredients.
What started as a personal solution grew into Soapinessence, and then, years later...

Each of our products is handmade in small batches using the finest botanically based oils, herbs, and organic ingredients — always 100% natural, always skin-loving.

Every ingredient comes from plant-based sources such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and herbs. Nothing compares to the authentic freshness of botanical oils pressed or distilled from flower petals, herbs, citrus peels, spices, and other fragrant plants.
