Refund policy

At Soapinessence & SWAGGA For Men, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us. We'll always do our best to provide a fair and reasonable solution.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used soaps and skincare products
  • Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item(s)
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your request promptly and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll gladly work with you to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges for other scents, varieties, or items. If you'd like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Allergies & Product Sensitivities

Because our products contain natural botanical ingredients, essential oils, plant butters, herbs, clays, and other naturally derived ingredients, individual skin sensitivities may vary.

Please review each product's ingredient list before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned
because of skin sensitivity or allergic reactions.
