Shipping policy
At Soapinessence & SWAGGA For Men, every order is carefully packed and prepared to ensure it arrives safely. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During busy seasons, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship throughout the United States using available shipping methods presented at checkout.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
At this time, local pickup is not available.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Soapinessence & SWAGGA For Men is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.
Additional shipping charges may apply to expedited shipping or special circumstances.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your tracking information indicates a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order; however, shipping damage can occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number.
• Provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the shipping packaging.
We'll review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Weather & Carrier Delays
Occasionally, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or carrier service interruptions may delay delivery.
While these delays are beyond our control, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
