Arnica Pain Cream


Arnica (herb) is well known to reduce inflammation and soothe muscle aches.  It has a great ability to help heal bruises, sprains, strains and speed healing. It can be put on areas of trauma after falls, accidents, etc.  According to The Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, clinical trials "suggest benefits of arnica for osteoarthritis and reduction in postoperative swelling and pain."

Chamomile (herb) is gentle & healing.  It has excellent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.   It is also hypoallergenic and helps to reduce skin irritants by neutralizing free radicals.

Ginger (herb) has anti-inflammatory properties known to effectively reduce the pain and swelling of people suffering from osteoarthritis of the knee, rheumatoid arthritis, and general muscle discomfort.  


Calendula (herb) has anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties, making it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema and relieving diaper rash.

Cayenne Pepper increases blood flow and has potent, pain-relieving properties when applied to the skin (in a cream). Capsaicin is the active ingredient in cayenne peppers, which is reputed to help with pain due to joints, muscles, lower back, post surgery and also pain from nerve conditions, such as shingles & neuropathy.

Cocoa butter is loaded with vitamin E and is a rich moisturizer that penetrates deeply into our skin to offer intense hydration.

Rosemary essential oil has a refreshing, herbal scent.  In folk medicine, it was utilized as a mild pain reliever and is believed to increase circulation.
