Do you suffer from headaches or sinus pain?  You can use your Headache & Sinus pillow cooled, for headache & migraine relief or with moist heat, which is soothing when battling colds or sinus congestion. 

Place the pillow over your eyes to keep out the light and the gentle weight of the pillow is soothing.

The bag & cover are made from 100% cotton material.  We use only the freshest, high quality organic herbs and 100% therapeutic grade essential oils.  This pillow is filled with the following:

Peppermint (dried) – Aides breathing, clears congestion, great for sinuses, allergies & colds.  Clears mental fatigue & eases headaches.

Lavender (dried) – Mood uplifting, helps ease stress & tension.  Helps headaches, relaxing tight muscles. 

Chamomile (dried) – Calming, reduces stress & tension. 

Rosemary (dried) – Helps to relieve mental fatigue. 

Lemongrass (dried) – Calming; helps sooth aches & pains, relieving stress.

Cinnamon (Ceylon) – Eases pain, aides in circulation & uplifting mood.

Clove — Gentle pain reliever

Lavender essential oil – Induces relaxation, relieving tension & stress.

Lemongrass essential oil — Reduces body aches & relieves muscle pain.

Your Headache pillow can be re-used (cold/hot) and last a very long time. 

Instructions:  For instant comfort, they can be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute for soothing, moist warmth (make sure it is not too hot before placing on your child, as they are more sensitive to heat than adults).  It can also be placed in a Ziploc baggie in the freezer for at least an hour, then remove from baggie and apply to desired area. 

To clean, remove the cover and hand wash in cold water; lay flat to dry (note:  it has been pre-washed, so it should not shrink).  Do NOT get the bag (with herbal mixture) wet, as the flaxseed will become gooey.  Store your pillow in a cool, dry place (preferably in a plastic bag).
